                    This is Marcus's $10 turkey leg he just HAD to have....he was sure he could eat the whole thing.....that was until.....

               he took his first bite....he wasn't so sure.  He did manage to down 4 or 5 bites before he handed it off to  his dad.

                                     This trip was made possible because Mitch always has a conference somewhere every year in July.  So we meet up with a lot of families.  They were excited to see each other..

Vacation to Disneyworld

                I cannot begin to describe how beautiful The Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando (5 minutes from Disneyworld) was.  The pictures I am posting today are just of the atruim in the resort (all inside!) and 1 pool photo....I will post more this weekend once I get pictures organized.  We had a great vacation and can't believe it's over...they have alligators, Koi fish and turtles all swimming around in mini rivers running through the resort!

                            These are Corie's girls right in front...we just got to the pool, then they had to close due to lightning...that happened everyday that we went to the pool.

                                   Mac is holding Brett's hand...she was a great helper!

                         I think there were at least 5 different waterfalls in the hotel.

                       This is a steak house that we were sure was expensive....all the restaurants were very expensive...paying for the upkeep of their indoor rainforest Im sure....

I will post the alligators later as well as Disnyeworld...Marcus was selected for the Jedi Training Academy and got to duel Darth Maul with a lightsaber!

                               This is my new fridge.  The middle drawer is really nice!  It's supposed to be used for the items you get the most..i.e beer, capri suns, beer, fruit and maybe a cold beer :)

                        I LOVE ice coffee!  This is the Pioneer Woman's recipe...

Happy Father's Day!!!!

 Mackenzie wanted to make her dad cupcakes for Father's Day...so she was up early to get it done

      She even made buttercream frosting and put it in a zip bag to frost the cupcakes.

                    She decided to call them spaghetti cupcakes because of the way the frosting looked.

                                 We are spending the WHOLE day outside in the pool and later Mitch is going to grill steaks and we will have salad and baked beans and of course, Mackenzie's cupcakes!

      Snuggles may have a new home, but her love for hanging out in the bathroom sink hasn't changed!  We didn't see her for nearly a whole day after we moved.  She was hiding up in Mackenzie's closet on a shelf...she is anything but snuggly!

                                                  It's been a great Father's Day!

                             Since we got the keys, we just had to take a dip :)

                                 The kids showed off their swim skills...they know we have strict swim rules NO ONE IN THE POOL WITHOUT AN ADULT OUTSIDE.  We have rented a uhaul for this weekend...

Karate and friends

 Mackenzie and Corie have been friends since kindergarten.  We are good friends with Corie's parents.  Corie will also be going to a new school next year.  Tomorrow is the last day of school and I know they are both sad and excited at the same time.

        Tonight was awards night in karate and also a chance for the students to show their parents all they have been taught by their Sensi. 

                              He is listening to every word Sensi says...he never listens like that at home :)

    Sensi Sean is great!  He truly has a passion for what he does and loves the kids...Marcus will actually get to continue with Sensi Sean.  He offers classes close to where we are moving.

                   Marcus received his Blue Belt and a patch for his extra hard work!  Way to go Marcus!

                            This is our new home...we will close on the house June 4th.

                      Hope we can keep the backyard this pretty!
