Happy Easter!!!!

Just finished filling eggs with money and candy for their hunt later today.

Coconut nests!

My attempt at a picture I saw on Pinterest.

Yummy sugar cookies!

The choir and youth group performed at the 6:30 sunrise service this morning.  They had to be at the church at 5:45 for a short practice.  This was my first sunrise service and it was very moving. :) Since Mac had to be there 45 minutes before the service started Mitch had to get Marcus up and ready.  It was a pretty outdoor service!

After church the youth had breakfast with all the families and then an egg hunt.  Now we can go home and take a nap and then start cooking.  Mitch is going to smoke a ham!  It's going to be in the 90's today so we will probably enjoy the outdoors and some pool time.  Happy Easter everyone!

We colored a few eggs but they didn't really come out very good.

What a beautiful girl!  Im so lucky to be her mom :)

Dean's Office

I finally got to see Mitch's new office.

Saturday night Mitch and I had to go to an Alumni Dinner at the University.  It was a nice evening! :)

Hangin' out

Now this is how you walk a dog!  Mac enjoyed an easy ride on her skateboard while Copper pulled her along.

Heather gave Marcus a cute thank you card and $20 for taking care of their fish and bunny while they were out of town.

Heather and I got pampered with a pedicure...it was for her birthday!  And what a nice surprise I got when the nail tech that did my pedicure was Sharon!  I worked with her 7 years ago!  A small world indeed! It was great to see her and Heather and I had a fun outing!

Mitch had to go out of town last weekend and the kids and I went through their memory keepsakes I have saved!  Of course, neither of them wanted their picture taken so they look really into their work!

It's hard to see but the kids and Mitch were out front playing with a volleyball.  Nice to see my kids doing something together!

This is for my Aunt Karen! :)  This is a cauliflower crust before I put it into the oven.  It really is pretty good.  Especially if want to cut back on bread :)
