I prepared a nice feast for the Royal Rumble, I wanted to give Max a nice meal before heading out...it was like Super Bowl Sunday around here...it was a lot of fun to watch it on tv knowing that Marcus and Max were there...however, we never saw him or his terrific posters on tv :(

New Pizzas and Royal Rumble Prep

 Tonight we got creative and made homemade pizzas.  For me, I made a low carb pizza with a Cauliflower Pizza Crust from Paula Deen.  Very yummy!  I also use cauilflower and mash it like mashed potatoes.

This was a hit at our our house. Jalapeno Popper Pizza  Very tasty!

While I was working on pizza, Marcus was working on his poster for the Royal Rumble for WWE that his uncle is taking him to this weekend.  I cannot begin to describe the excitement surrounding my child!

Sheamus is his HERO...he hopes to get on tv.  His dad paid $45 to buy the pay-per-view of it so we can maybe catch a glimpse of Marcus....

And with my new pizza creations, i had to have wine!  Have a great weekend everyone!

Baking and cooking

Mom, I made your Chocolate Bundt Cake today; it's so darn yummy! And it makes such a pretty cake.

                                Tonight for dinner I made breakfast and tried this recipe from Pinterest.Biscuit and Sausage Gravy Casserole.  I hope I was able to copy and paste this right.  It was really good!

No, the beer is not hers.  It's mine.  Mac bowled the first game with us but refused to let me take a picture of her...so I caught her texting her friends.

Karate Awards Night

                              Last night Marcus received his new belt. He got Blue belt with white stripe.  The man in the red is his Sensi (Sean)...we are really proud of him!
