Marcus had his Cub Scout banquet last weekend...sorry I am behind on posting...it's been a crazy week.

                  He will now begin working on becoming a Bear Cub..

                               And he just completed being a Wolf Cub.......

                             We are so proud of our little Scout :)

Can't we just all get along?

             It would be so nice if our pets could live in harmony all the time..

                       I made some salsa...today I think we are going to snack on chips and salsa and have a couple margarita's :)

More Easter pics

                          The Easter bunny dropped by and left baskets for the kids...do you see the chicken?  Remember how they drop the eggs out....I loved that one when I was a kid!

                        Marcus couldn't wait for the hunt!  All the eggs were full of money...mostly coins, but some $1 bills and $5 bills....it would have been a fight to the death over the cash, but I marked those so it would stay even...

                              Even Copper helped look for hidden eggs!

                       He seems rather serious in this shot, but the sun was bright..as you can see he is still sporting the goatee...for me :)

Easter Weekend

     I can't believe Heather and I have been working in our suite nearly 2 months already!  Time goes by so fast when you are having fun at work all the time...

        I made a fun little drink...diet sprite, cherry limeade (crystal light) and a splash of vodka...refreshing!

               Ok....after work on Saturday I got the kids all squared away to color eggs....lets just say it took me longer to get everything set up and ready than it took them to color the eggs...

Spirit Week

                 Tonight is the Big Game!!! Kansas and Kentucky!!!  Go Jayhawks!  We are excited for tonights game.  I made Nestle Tollhouse Chocolate chip cookies...

               Today kicks off Spirit Week at school.  Today is Rock Star day...Marcus looks like a Rock Star. 

                           Mackenzie used the purple and then blue on her ends..doesn't she look cool!!!

This and that

                     Mackenzie got a gift card to Hobby Lobby for her birthday from Papa and Gma Katy.  She bought a Potters Wheel and made a bowl..she did pretty darn good for her first time.

                          Mitch and I went out on a "date night" for Heather's birthday. 

                            

                               Here's Uncle Max.  He came for a visit so him and Mitch could hit some Spring Training games.  They had a good time and got lots of autographs.  Here they are playing catch with a football with the kids.

                   Midwestern students asked Mitch to grow a goatee for charity to help raise money for prostate cancer research...i like it and have asked him to keep it around.  He doesn't really care for it but has gotten a lot of compliments on it.  oh and ROCK CHALK JAYHAWK!!!!!!!! GO KU!!!!
